Most people who stumble onto my blog by accident are looking for information about The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit or other Tolkien-related things. Most of my readership has been built by word of mouth (or of electrons, or whatever), and I don’t really know what sorts of bizarre searches would find me (although “ass clown” would probably work). As for some totally inappropriate, random way to find your blog … I don’t know, but I’ll give it a shot.

Spend a summer day (or afternoon) in each of our city’s cool neighborhood: Treamont, Ohio City, Detroit Shoreway, etc.

Do all your grocery shopping for the week at the Westside market.

Spend a day in University Circle. Or spend a weekend. Get a room at the Glidden House Hotel and have an urban cultural weekend. Walk everywhere, go to the museums you love and visits the ones you haven’t (like the historical society). Hang out in Wade Oval.

Spend a day perch fishing on Lake Erie.

Make a glass item at the Bubble Project.

That’s what I’ve got for now…I’m sure I’ll think of more.

1.) Actually get IN the St. Patrick’s Day Parade
2.) Attend every opening day for every Cleveland Sport (including minor leagues) in one year
3.) Go to every Browns Home game one year
4.) Meet and converse with every Cleveland celeb.
5.) Swim in Lake Erie in February
6.) Walk on the field during an Indians game
7.) Hike in every metroparks reservation
8.) Sleep in the haunted room at Punderson

…I’m running out of ideas….
